Looking for either a couple, or a single person to finish out our lease. The lease would be Jan 1st- April 1st, 2018. You would need to fill out an application at Lakeside Apartments which is $40 pp. Rent would be $825 a month, pets are allowed and you would NOT have to pay pet fee due to you finishing out our lease we have already paid deposit. Utilities are separate, WiFi is separate, but cable is included. Covered Parking Available, Washer/Dryer Connections, Sparkling Pool, 24-Hour Fitness Center, 24-Hour Business Center, 24 Hour Emergency Maintnence
